With over 20 years of professional chef experience in Edmonton, founder Ryan Vickers brings his culinary expertise to every jar. Ryan’s deep understanding of flavor, balance, and technique allows him to handcraft small batch gourmet pickles that stand out on any table.

Joining Ryan in building Pickle Vick is friend and business partner Cody Noon, whose dedication to quality and steady hand in the day to day operations have been key to shaping the company’s growth.
